The Friends of Maghull & District (FOMD) would like to thank the volunteers who worked at the Stafford Moreton Way Project (near Rainbow the rhinoceros), to prepare the ground for more wildflower seed planting, last Thursday 14.11.24.

Jill, Colin and Frank, raked the left-hand side wildflower area and weeded the flower bed behind, removing one agricultural bag of vegetation, and replaced the Wedding Cake tree that sadly perished with a Hornbeam tree and irrigation pipe donated from Mersey Forest, in the round caged area at the entrance of Morrisons car park.

Join Our Massive tree planting program in Maghull later in the year please register your interest by emailing admin@fomd.co.uk with your contact details and we will be delighted to get back to you to offer you some dates for our community tree planting program.

All the Best,
