As part of the Friends of Maghull and District (FOMD) we are fortunate to have the clinical lead for social prescribing in Sefton as part of our membership, who has kindly shared this new project in Maghull.
‘I would like to share some news from the social prescribing service about a course we have set to run in Maghull – Think Differently Cope Differently – this normally runs in the Bootle area but we identified that it is difficult for people in areas like Maghull to get to. The course focuses on ways to manage stress and anxiety in daily life. The venue will be Westway Surgery. Please see attachment,
