If you have any unwanted woodland themed plants and shrubs please contact us now during the current winter dormant period which makes them ideal to be transferred. We have received around 40 shrubs but we need hundreds more to fill the huge (50x4m) public border at Bobby’s Wood/Woodend (junction of Liverpool Road South and Northway).
We are soon hoping to install an accessible pathway and want this border to be a destination feature for everyone.
We have already received some fantastic feedback regarding the beginning of the border and with your help we can go all the way. If you can help with some shrub donations please contact Friends of Maghull and District (FOMD) at woodendcwp@gmail.com
