SCOUTS planted hundreds of woodland themed plants and 2,500 bulbs in Maghull last Saturday, as part of the year long project organised by the Friends of Maghull & District group. The group set up a crowd funding campaign to buy plants and bulbs which has raised more than £2,000 and the latest part of the project has been focused on populating the community border at the rear of Bobby’s Wood Pictured: Richard (local resident) who kindly donated 100 tulip bulbs on the day.
