As you may know, Maghull Town Council has been working wonders over the last couple of months to create an advice centre that will be crucial in the current worrying economic climate and situated in a building behind Costa Coffee, at the town centre.
One, amongst many important ingredients to this centre is the provision of digital equipment and services. Consequently, FOMD spearheaded by Phil is applying for £6440 from: UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Digital Connectivity in Community Facilities Grants Programme – Liverpool City Region.
The application form is being submitted this week, so fingers crossed that it can be as successful as the Cosy Club £3110 grant application from Sefton CVS.
The advice centre opened over the last week, with an official opening on the 23.2.23 at 12:00 hours. Hopefully some of the great and good can visit our community art unveiling at 10:30 hours on the same day.
