The Friends of Maghull & District (FOMD) next one hour session (in which everyone is welcome without any commitment), will be meeting at our Rowlands Dell Project (adjacent to the Hare & Hounds Pub), to transfer most of our donated plants from our on-site holding area, into a dry water feature rockery and possibly moving a few trees.

Equipment:  You will need garden gloves and sturdy boots, hand and garden fork and spade. Alternatively, we have a small area of ivy that needs brush cutting/strimming for future tree planting.

Thank you to: fellow Eskimos Jill, Ros, (pictured), Colin and Frank, who last week (20.11.24) raked the upper middle slope to remove debris and expose the Ivy that needs to be removed prior to tree planting. Thanks also to Neil McMahon (TCV) for the free overspill water butt (Pictured), that will be great for future planting.

Join Our Massive tree planting program in Maghull later in the year please register your interest by emailing admin@fomd.co.uk with your contact details and we will be delighted to get back to you to offer you some dates for our community tree planting program.
