We have been negotiating with Jonathan Parker (AEYates Site Manager) and Sven Till (Associate Director) since February 2020. Originally, they had proposed the meeting the supply and installation of the whole proposed path utilising and recycling the old road surface (which could have amounted to £30,000) from the neighbouring junction reconfiguration work to Woodend, commissioned by the Highways Department at Sefton Council. However, due to Covid restrictions the council could not meet to administer the proposal. Nevertheless, this contribution is helping to make a fantastic difference for which we are enormously grateful particularly at such challenging times. Their staff could not have been more friendly and helpful throughout.
