Ken (Mayor of Maghull and super community volunteer) has very kindly and generously organised an informal get-together to celebrate FOMD’s remarkable community achievements.

Details.

It will take place in Maghull Town Council Chamber on the 25 October 2024, between 19:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Ken’s consort (Dee) and Diane are preparing some food, paid for by the mayor’s fund which will also include a tab behind the bar (that we can use as there is a function in the venue).

Invitation.

This is for absolutely everyone in our group, as you have all contributed in so many different and invaluable ways, whether it has been kind positive words of encouragement or physically helping whenever it has been possible. In the spirit of our one-hour sessions please try and come along, even just for a quick catch up or hello. You have all been amazing friends to Maghull and it will be a lovely opportunity to say thank you and catch up.

Important RSVP.

Please confirm if you can or can’t make it to my individual WhatsApp (just to prevent multiple messages on the group), as Ken needs to know how many people will be attending, by the end of the week (6.10.24), so he can organise the right amount of food, which will be a full cheeseboard platter, so avoid spoiling your appetite beforehand!

The chambers are behind the leisure centre, up the stairs and immediately right.
